New foreclosure defense: Prove I owe you
How clever! Â Can the banks produce original mortgage note signed by me? I didn’t think about it this way, but then again I am not facing foreclosure. If I did, who knows what kind of strategy I would think up. This one is definitely going to delay foreclosure if banks cannot produce original documentation.
